Seeding Legacy Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. By signing up, you commit to the entire duration of the programme (4 months - 4 monthly payments).

Our sessions are booked on a fortnightly basis. At the start of the programme, we’ll agree on a set of session weeks/dates and I ask that we try to stick to the original schedule as much as possible, as it makes planning a lot easier. Of course, life happens, and we may need to move things around from time to time —below, you can find the amount of notice I require for such changes:

Rescheduling a session for a different week - a minimum of 1 week’s notice (you may reschedule a session up to two times)

Rescheduling for the same week (depending on availability) - a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

No-show - the session is considered missed
